Classes run for two hours and start with 15 minutes of warming up exercises followed by 1 hour of yog aasanas (yoga postures) and 30 minutes of pranayama (breathing exercises). Each class concludes with 15 minutes of guided relaxation (yog nindra). All of which will leave you feeling "de-stressed", relaxed and rejuvenated.
Essence of Good Health Yoga Classes have been providing free Hatha yoga classes in the
Croydon and Streatham areas for over fifteen years. Although the classes are free to attend, many of our students make a voluntary donation of £2 per class to cover the hall hire costs.
(There are absolutely no hidden charges).
The classes are suited for all levels (from absolute beginner to advanced) with at least one yoga teacher available to give one-to-one attention to anyone requiring help during the class.
